Interview with Authority Magazine: "How to Learn to Finally Love Yourself"

It is really important to include yourself in that loving. If what seems to be the loving thing to do for someone else is going to leave you depleted, it is not the loving thing to do. You are no less important than anyone else. You are certainly no good to anyone burnt out! Sometimes the loving thing is to say no. The next step in our collective evolution: Inviting the Divine Masculine.

What can I do to make a difference?

Some thoughts on filling your well (aka thriving)

Whatever happened to Leisure?

Leisure is when you can choose to rest, to play, to walk in nature, to be creative, to have a bath, to read a book, to  think about something in depth, to spend time with someone you love, in short, whatever nourishes and nurtures you, in body, soul, mind and/or spirit. The things you want to do because they give you pleasure, make you feel good. The things that make you feel fulfilled, the things that make you uniquely you, the gift you have to offer the world. The things that allow you to feel like a human being rather than a human doing.

How you can make a difference (without too much effort)

“IF YOU THINK YOU ARE TOO SMALL TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, YOU HAVE NEVER SLEPT WITH A MOSQUITO. ” DALAI LAMA

We are not supposed to save the world all on our own – just our little corner of it.

And if we all do that, there will be ripple effects in our community and ultimately on the planet. So just do your bit, the bit that really gets you fired up, and inspire others to do the same!
